Gbs And Endometriosis

I was diagnosed with guillian barre syndrome in december of 2004. I was quite sick but have recovered fully except for some residuals that I get from time to time(mostly when i'm starting to get sick with the flu or something)--anyways last week I was at the doctors with some health issues such as extreme pelvic pain during ovulation,low back pain,painful sex..Ect...He said that it is most likly I have endometriosis. So I came home and did some research. I read that endo is like an immune disorder..Gbs is an immune disorder--i was wondering if the two could be connected???? Also that endo has something to do with your liver--is this true???? I was addicted to narcotic painkillers for 4 years( I am clean now) but I could just imagine what they have done to my body--any help would be appriciated----jade
