Hello there can u help I get these shakes in my body every so often wear I feel dizzy and saome think bads going to happen I go confused and dont no what im doing while the attacks going on what are there is there a name for these its not panic attacks

Jack, you ARE describing classic symptoms of a panic attack. Why are you in denial about it? There is nothing to be ashamed of. Panic/anxiety attacks can produce a host of VERY unpleasant symptoms. Read more about panic attacks and you will find that although they are horrible feeling (I get them myself), they are not dangerous in any way. You can learn ways to control and cure them. But first you need to accept the fact that you are having them.
