Even if a hernia is scrotal, it's not likely that will affect your sex drive and it is not responsible for premature ejaculation. You can remove a hernia surgically because it can cause you some other serious trouble (incarceration). Any physical activity is good for you because it seems that you are overweight. You can ask for expert help from a psychiatrist regarding premature ejaculation.
