Im not sure if this is the right topic to
put this in.. Well...I started lifting
weights 2 weeks ago and then now I haven't
lifted weights for 2 days and they feel
all tired and stuff and like 2 times my
hand started to randomly shake!!!!!! Is
this from weight lifting or something
else?? I just started lifting weights for
the first time like ya 2 weeks ago! Help.
How do I get rid of it.
