i was told by my docotor in 8th grade that i have anxitey does this mean that i will have it ofr the rest of my life i have had it for 3 years already?

No, anxiety is not a lifelong condition. Anxiety is present as long external conditions do not meet internal expectations and as long as you continue to react to situations in the same way. Learning to accept life as it is is a lifetime process; you are not alone! External reasons that can arouse anxiety will be always present so your internal peace of mind will depend upon how you react and cope with life challenges.
