Q: Will Q-Tip Eventually Come out of my Ear on its own?
asked by: DoctorQuestion on March 25th, 2006
The end of the a Q-Tip came off in my ear and I cannot get it out. My husband has looked and tried to see if he could get it out with tweezers. He was unable to really see it. My question is will it eventually come out on its own?

It doesn't seem that Q-Tip will come out on its own. It is best to ask for medical help because you may damage your outer ear canal or even the tympanic membrane of the inner if an unauthorized person tries to help you.
