Bipolarism seems to be a big thing in my family. It is believed that my paternal grandfather was and that my father is bipolar. Two of dad's brothers were diagnosed as bipolar before they died. My oldest brother has been diagnosed with manic depression. My son has been diagnosed with adhd with a mood disorder which is believed to be bipolarism. I too feel that I may also suffer from bipolarism but for now have only been diagnosed with simple depression. The uncles I spoke of both died from massive strokes caused by brain tumors. Is it possible that their tumors may have been caused by the bipolarism or the medications prescribed for this disorder? Any information from anyone would be appreciated. :(
