For the past 3 weeks the right side of my nose has been twitching, just above the nostril and up along the side. I've tried asprin (advil) and benadryl-d allergy & sinus and neither has done much. They seem to happen more during the night and especially right before I try to sleep. Any idea what is causing this or a possible remedy?
