For over a month now, I been having this problem in my throat. I have a feeling like there's something sticky like phlegm although it's not since I can't spit it out and I have excessive throat clearing and repetitive swallowing in order to relieve it. When I drink and eat it relieves it even way better, and sometimes I have brief mild gurgly and wet voice after all that throat clearing. Now my symptoms come and go throughout the day and some days it's almost not there or symptom free.

This starting happening about 10 days after I started a oral medication for my severe acne called accutane. I haven't spoken to my dermatoligst about this because I fear he may take me off it and I desperately need that medication, I only have about 2-3 months left, been taking it for 2 months already. It's a miracle medication for acne were 70% of cases are permanently cured. The medication does say that complications like swallowing difficulties or esophagus problems may occur although very uncommon or rare but nothing like what I have. So I doubt this is it. So what can this be, should I go to a otolaryngologist?

Oh and i'm male and 19 year btw.
