So I have a cap that I got when I was 15 but it has become loose I am now 33. Now I have a small pimple like thing above it and it is red. If I swish with peroxide or crest rinse it almost goes away. Do you think my cap needs replacement? Do I need antibiotics?

If your crown is loose you definatley need to have it replaced. See your dentist, there's really no other wasy around it. The pimple you're getting is called a gum boil and it indicates infection.
