I'm 24 and suffer from anxiety. Breathing problems is the main problem I face on an almost daily basis.

I usually sleep okay at night, but last night I had a nightmare, which usually doesn't effect me, but I woke up with an extremely rapid heartbeat, and was struggling alot to breathe.

A couple weeks ago I woke in the middle of the night from a supposed nightmare (i don't remember having one, but my fiance said I was thrashing around alot, and he tried to calm me down) and I was somehow startled awake trying to catch my breath again.

Anyone else get this?
