Lol yes, perfectly normal...Everyone gets it...Once you are through puberty they will go away...It's just a way for you to know that you are going through puberty...Don't be alarmed if your nipples start to stick out more also

Hey man, no worries - I went through the exact same thing around your age. I got the guts to ask my dad and he said I didn't need to worry about it. That was 5 years ago, and nothing ever came from it, it's normal. In fact, my left nipple is going through the same thing again right now... It's puffy and sore. I'm not too worried tho.
