"constipation"
Cardio vascular excercise such as Masturbation improves circulaiton, digestion and reduces the impact of constipation. If you're experiencing recurring or lasting constipation it is a sign of disease or disorder. You should see a doctor.
"weak appetite"
Cardio vascular excercise such as Masturbation burns an increadible amount of calories compared to other tasks. Even simply daily masturbation increases appetite.
"extreme lack of self confidence"
"Mood swings, irritability..."
Masturbation stimulates the production of Serotonin, a mood stabilizer, and regulates production of prolactin, a hormone that when produced to excess can affect motivation and confidence.
"extreme lack of retentive power"
Not an effect. Cardio vascular excercise such as Masturbation improves circulation which in turn heightens the centers of perception and memory in the brain. No known link between learning and masturbation currently exists, however studies are ongoing to prove that orgasm improves lingual intelligence.
"difficulty in gaining weight"
"Fatigueness, tiredness... (sometimes very tired)"
Somewhat possibly, again cardio vascular excercise consumes a ton of calories and exhausts the body. If your metabolism is high and you're spending several hours a day with your heart rate in the pro-cardio zone a lot of the food you're eating is being burned immediately for fuel rather than building your body mass. Up your caloric intake, include more complex carbs in your diet.
"left side of my body is weaker that right side"
Much less likely. After decades of excessive masturbation you may notice that your dominant hand is much more dominant than your off hand and muscle development is noticably stronger in the forearm and bicep, possibly even shoulder. However the difference would be very poorly noticable and would not impact any part of you other than the muscles you're repeatedly flexing.
"Thin penis and it is curved little bit to left"
Realistic if you're left handed. Masturbation at uncomfortable angles or with exessive force are conditions believed to aggrivate peyronies disease. The relationship is not clearly established and a severity you describe as "little bit" is not quality of life impacting. In the long term, regular masturbation causes the penis to thicken simply by virtue of repeated frequent erection. This is not a crazy enlargement of the penis, just a measurable difference.
"I need physical stimulus to get an erection, that is, no natural or spontaneus erection..."
"Decreased libido... (sometimes very decreased libido...) "
"Soft (or not so hard) erections..."
Unrelated to masturbation itself. All forms of orgasm reduce libido. This is a natural reaction. Your ability to generate a spontanious erection will diminish as you age naturally. Despite what teen comedies tell you, not all erections are carved out of oak. The firmness of your erection is proportional to your level of arousal. As long as you're able to become and remain erect reliably for sexual activity then you are funtioning. If you find that you are unable to arouse yourself to erection that may be an issue you need to speak with your doctor about.
"Fuzzy vision, buzzy ears..."
Not linked to orgasm in healthy males. See a doctor
"Insomnia, sleep disorder... (I'm writing this at 4:00 am...

"
Masturbation cannot cause a sleep disorder in a healthy male but insomnia can be naturopathically treated with the prolactin released by orgasm. If you find that orgasm is actually causing you to be sleepless, you are not producing the hormones a normal orgasm generates, see a doctor.
"Low concentration, poor memory... (very poor concentration sometimes)... ADD type symptoms... "
Not likely. Dopamine production can create druggy disorientation in some people for in extremes up to an h our after orgasm. But it sounds like perhaps you're talking about longer term effects. If you've caught your breath after masturbation, eaten a snack and sat around with a grin for more 5 minutes and still can't concentrate then you'd want to talk to your doctor.
"Hair loss"
Non-related. Masturbation stimulates and extends the production of testosterone. More often hair growth is the problem of a chronic masturbator.
I agree with DR. Gjuzelov. Looking at these symptons I'm seeing red flags for either depression or anxiety related disorders. Some of the problems could point to a pituitary disorder but that wouldn't explain all symptoms, especially why you suspect an activity is causing your body to react in opposite modes simultaniously. You should absolutely see a doctor about this.

Chest pains=see doctor now.
Combined with feelings of weekness, or dizzy spells it starts to sound like a heart problem. Go today if you didn't go yesterday. A any unexplained swelling on your body is also a good reason to see a doctor. For your comfort know that it is not anatomically possible for masturbation to be related to what you're experiencing.
