I hope I have spelt this correctly. I am having this procedure on l5 within a month or two. Has anyone had this procedure before and can tell me anything about the recovery time.... 8)

I had this procedure in bristol in april, I am sure you have had the operation by now. Would like to know how you got on?
My recovery was a bit fraught as I had a set back 2 weeks post op, but in general back to 90% by 8-10 weeks.
