Im 14, uncircumsised. I can retract my foreskin when not erect, but when erect I find it very hard to retract my foreskin (and the head goes purple and sensitive if I leave it). I am able to masturbate 'normally' but I do not retract the foreskin. Do I have phimosis? Can I treat it without seeing a doctor/being circumsised :shock: ?
