I have been on bc for about 5 years now, and never had any problems. I have always taken my pill around 9:30 am (b4 work). I have just started a new job, and my hours start at 7am- so I am taking my pill earlier. After the first week of my new pill pack I started spotting. I am assuming this is due to the time change????? I know I could bring my pills to work, but chances are I will forget to take them. I would like to "adjust" and change my pill taking time to the evening. This way know matter what job im working I can make it a ritual to take my pill when I get home- rather then when I leave in the morning. My questions are:
am I bleeding cuz of my new schedule?
When is a good time to switch my pill taking time? When I start my new bc pack? Or can I just go for it tomarrow?
Thanks for your help.

Hi:

i switched my time too. My doc told me to switch right when I started my new pack, but just to be safe, use a back up method for the first seven days. I know that sometimes if I am late with a pill, more than a couple hours, then I will spot. I am sure its just because of the time change. You body is just hving to adjust. :) hope this helps. Have a good one!
