I'm 25 and have been using microgynon30 for about 4 years, but I want to come off it now as I have been progressivly putting on weigh (about 4 stone :oops: ) and am tired all the time. Are there any side effects when coming off the pill?

Sorry for asking stupid question and thank you for your help!
