All day stomach feel bloated and tight very nervous and feel short of breath dr said it was gastritis and also put me on xanax25mg

Thank for the reply, currently taken nexium 2 times daily for 2 weeks
and the xanax for my nerves. I'll try the herbal products I think I need a cleansing and maybe these problem will go away.
