Q: Burns

Recently, I read about the case of jacquie valburido, a woman from venezuela who received 60% burns when her car was hit from behind by a drunk driver and burst into flames.

It has been seven years since that accident, and her face is still horrendously disfigured.

Can plastic surgery help her fix any of this? She has no nose, lips are misshapen, and her eyes slant up. Is the lack of good skin for tissue-expanding the problem?

Is this even the right forum to ask?

Oh sorry, but I didn't have any accident.

I just feel sorry for the poor people who need reconstructive surgeries because they've lost most of their faces. I am struggling to correct a broken nose, and that really affects me. I can't begin to imagine how someone severely disfigured must feel.
