As a child I broke my nose while playing.

Now my nose has a weird shape. It is flat and then projets in a weird way in the cartilague area. I have been thinking of fixing it for years. Now thirty sex, I think I am ready for this type of surgery.

Questions are: is my age a problem? I am 36.

Can this be done in latin america? I am in panama right now. How much would it cost?
