Hello i'm 16 year old male and I have been having a problem hearing lately, it isn't me not being able to hear. For example when I go to bed and I turn my computer off, I hear a slight ringing in my ears, this weekend it was even worse it was more like a *womp* sound an it is really scaring me becuase to lose my hearing this young would be completely devistating.

I had a feeling it was a side effect of me being ill, I have a slight cold / flu and I am barely getting over it but when I first got it I had something weird going on w/ my ears.

Also I had scoliosis surgery in april of 2005 and the doctor is diagnosing me back to normal and allowing me to do just as much as I did before (physically). But after I had the surgery I was going through a slight rehab, and the first few times I would get up to walk it would be fine, but about 2 days later I got up and my head got extremely hot and I basically fainted and I couldn't see anything although my eyes were open. And the day after that happened I had problems w/ one ear feeling clogged and the other feeling fine and vice versa.

What do you think?
