Pain In My Lower Right Side. Posted: 01-03-04 20:15pm


I have been on and off the south beach diet and in all have lost a little over 40 pounds. I have been working out 4-5 days a week. Within the last week or so I have been feeling mild uncorfortable pains in my lower ride side, with no other symptoms. It is very uncormfortable, does anyone have any ideas?

I have tried sb a few times and twice I experienced severe pain in my abdomen. This last time I went to the er and lo and behold I had appendicities. Maybe all that protein got clogged in my intestines somehow and some of it drifted into my appendix creating appendicitis. Who knows? It could be some bizarre coincodence...Or maybe not. I'll be sure to ask my doc next time I see him.
