Q: After Eating, Swelling And Heart Races

After eating the hands and sometime feet swell immediately. Heart races and face becomes quite red. Hands are also numb.
This happens no matter what is consumed. This person is 35 years of age. She needs an answer asap. She had surgery and contacted staff and strep from the facility.
