I Can't Find Anyone to Talk to ?

I am not a doctor but I would suggest talking to one or mental health and please do not think I am trying to tell you that you are crazy, heck we all need a little help sometime in our lives, remember, you are not alone on this.

I have tried talking to my dr and the mental health team but they only give you a set time and I need more than 10 mins before I can open up to people I also see a counsellor every now and again but even then my boyfriend tries to stop me he don't know i'm writing this and he is sat 2 feet away i'm taking a risk. :(

I'm lost. Why won't your boyfriend leave you alone for awhile? Is he afraid you will hurt yourself or is he paranoid that you will find another guy as soon as he walks out of the room?

I'm not quite sure myself and i'm not going to ask him just to start another row iv'e had enough of arguing I can't take the tension either but I know he won't ever leave even if I ask him to. :(

I dunno, it seems to me it's the boyfriend thats the problem, he's gotta be one of those control freak people I heard about in health class, ahaha. I think you'll have much more friends if you guys break up.
He wont leave, even if you ask him to? Ha. Make him. Change your phone number, email, even address if you have to to get away from him.
I say you should, but it's your life, and whatever choice you make im sure everything will be fine ":)
