Q: New to Mycrogynon Pill

Hi I had a baby 8months agoand im guna start takin the pill 2 make my periods regular.The fing is I started bleeding 2day but I dont feel like im on ( ya c I had an opertion in that area a week ago 2 du wi ater I had mi baby) so I was bleeding a little from that anyway but this could well be my period.So im gunna take the 1st pill 2nyt to be safe,but if it turns out not 2 be my period will it do me anyharm that ive just started taking the pill on a random day and not actually the first day of my period?
