Hi there, I had no idea which forum to post this on so here goes.
I've been having trouble with getting a full sleep cycle. Now I know you're thinking this should go in the sleep forum but thats not just it. I have no problem drifting off to sleep, I just keep waking at odd hours in the night or about a couple of hours before I need to get up. So I go back to sleep then when I do eventually need to wake up, I feel like crap because i've not had a complete sleep cycle. I also find when I wake in the morning I have extreme thirst, and the area to the sides of my mouth are extremely dry (white and starting to crack).
I drink a lot of water during the day and eat a good diet of rice, pasta, fish, lean meat, vegatables and fruit.
Anyone know what might the problem?
