I'm a 15 y/o girl and i've had 2 cases of tendonitis in my right knee. One was really bad and one was not so bad. But that was about 4 years ago...

I now ride horses and own one so I ride almost everyday (but now that band and school are starting up it has been cut down) and I find when I ride for a while or sometimes not that long at all, that my right knee starts to hurt and it doesn't usually stop until I get off and walk it off a bit. Is this still the tendonitis...Or do I just have a messed up knee now? It doesn't usually hurt randomly however, i'm a big soccer player yet I haven't played for about a year. I will start up again this year and hopefully not find that the tendonitis will be back as bad as it was.

Also...I heard that when you...Lets see, how to explain. When you stand up, and then bring your foot up to your bottom (as if you were going to stretch your thigh but your don't have to grab your foot with your hand) and your feel it pop, or crack, or it has that feeling...And it happens everytime you do it...Then you have a bad joints or something wrong with your knee or have had something wrong or something of that sort. Is that true? Because when I do it...My right knee "pops" (or whatever you want to call it...It doesn't actually pop..Like out loud..But I can feel it) every time. My left one doesn't.

Well...I thank you for listening to me babble =) any replies will be greatly appretiated!

Yeah, i'm pretty sure it sounds like tendonitus.

Tendonitus itself means that your joints are temporarily messed up, so it makes sense that your knee pops when you bring it up.

Suggestion:
take any multivitamin suppliment everyday to make sure that your foods are being properly broken down to repair your joints in your knees.
