Help Please

I am 22 years old and as of two months ago I have been completely healthy my whole life. The first symptom that I noticed was weakness of the jaw. When I start eating it is completely normal but after a few bites my jaw goes weak and I cant chew. Its gets better after rest but it doesnt seem to be getting better over the weeks. The next symptom I have is after typing for a while, my right hand gets like cramped up and cant really move. Another symptom I have is general muscle weakness in my whole body. I have always been physically fit and two months ago I was able to do over forty pushups with no problems. Now I can do none. I feel completely normal all day long with no dizzyness, headache, or fatigue I just have muscle weakness and chewing and typing problem. I have been to my general care doctor and she had me take a emg for myasthenia gravis and blood work for tyroid, glucuse, mono, anemea etc and all were completely normal. I also went to an oral surgeon about the chewing and he couldnt find anything wrong. My doctor swears its stress because I often overwork myself and im at a crucial crossroads at my life but I dont buy it. Im trying to get in to the neurologist to have an mri but my doctor says that my symptoms dont point in any sure fire direction like ms, als etc. Has anyone had similar symptoms or can see any pattern in my madness. I think stress is bs but who knows. Any feedback would great. Thanks
