Alright.. Well this is mzlala( short, quick and easy to remember). Hear I go with my dilemma!

I am unhappy with myself ! I cant even stand to look in the mirror because I feel so huge and ugly. Its not depression, even thought it sounds like that. Its one big thing! I am not happy with my physical appearance. My body fat is getting unreasonable. My highest, in the last few months, was 186 pounds! That was the highest that I have ever been in my life and I am only around 5'5-5'6. I didn't look like I weighed 186, I was asking if that was a reasonable size for me and whoever I asked, said that I didn't look near that size.

Well anyways, I started watching what I ate and I noticed, from the looseness in my clothes, that I had been loosing weight. Well, that was just from watching what I ate. Now, I continue to watch what I eat plus exercising and I have lost more weight. Now, the pants that I use to have to struggle to put on, are now dropping to my ankles. Well, even though I can see a drastic change, by just putting on a pair of pants that I use to fit into, I continue to be unhappy with my physical appearance. I want to have a tight lil' stomach. I just want some nice abs. I am not really worried about anything else but my abs! I do not have a big body frame/big bone structure so I know that I can lower my weight to 130pounds( that was said from my Dr.) but, I don't want to have to wait months to get that way. I want to see drastic changes now!

Does any one know of a good exercise plan that will allow me to see drastic changes in a few weeks? I continue to do standard crunches, but i'm starting to strain my neck and my back and that will do nothing for me but put me out from exercising a few days. Is their any secrets to exercising that will allow you to feel the burn and see the results quickly? Thank you for taking the time to read this. Thanks again
