Have any one give birth r pregnant and u have a weak immune system but u take vitimins. Do that helps ur immine system?

Ok well I just found out im pregnant and I have a real bad immune system im forever getting sick, at the moment I am thats why I aint at school, I take lil vitamin tablets or a drink full of all the vitamins ya need called yakult. Its starting build itslef up now tho coz im doing everything to make sure my baby is ok... Pm me if u want more information
