Q: Medical Termination

 was so happy last september when I found out I was pregnant for the second time . I went for a 13 week scan in the december and they told me the baby was not developed properly and there was no way it would survive there were severe abnormalities. Had to have a medical termination , [hate those words]. I was 15 weeks pregnant and because I was this far along I had to have my labour induced and give birth to my baby this was the worst thing I have ever gone through. I feel desperate to have another baby but so scared. I have a 4 year old son so I know I can have a normall pregnancy but no one can say if it will happen again. Anyone with a similar experience then please get intouch.

I'm Sorry
I think that if they wouldn't have medically termintaed it, it would've terminated itself. I know that is a horrible thing to think about, but you have to look at it in a positive way. Something was wrong with your baby and .God didn't want he/she to suffer. It just so happens that you got the scan and the .Drs took care of it before .God could.

As far as trying to conceive again, you should go ahead full force!! Even if something is mentally or physically wrong with it, you should love it. Dealing with the other pregnancy, they said he/she was "severely" misdevoped. If your child comes out with .Cerebral .Palsy, than that's not a problem. It is expensive to care for a mentally/physically disabled child, but it's possible.

I think you should be able to conceive a normal healthy baby, it's all about faith!
