Q: Fever Due to Bronchitis,flu, And ?

I had bronchitis nov 21, fever for a week, just didnt get better. Went back to doctor and found out I had flu too. After 2 weeks fever went away. After 2 more weeks fever came back for 36 hours or so. Is this normal or is there nothing normal about this years flu.
