My calves are big and I want to make them thin for the summer. I heard that if I wanted to make them thinner , I should lose body fat and then start weights. I also heard that calves are genetic and you cant really do anything about the shape of them :?: does anyone have any advice or tips or any knowledge about this?
The best way to decrease size is to do cardio and long reps of weights or a specific exercise for calves. I had a personal trainer that put me on short reps and boy did I get chunky. Just ask around different gyms, get lots of opinions.
