Q: Pilates/yoga During Pregnancy

I am a huge fan of yoga/pilates and engage in it every day. However I am worried since I am trying to conceive that it might not be safe to do all the stomach crunching and abdominal pressure exercises...? Any advice?

I have a yoga mama video.. Yoga for pregnant woman if you already do yoga and what not its really good but since i'm so out of shape man was I sore the next day hehe.. But its completley safe so you should look into it Smile
