Q: Pimplelike Bumps....

I am a uncircumcised and when I pull my foreskin back, I have noticed these pimplelike bumps behind the head of my penis, I know this is due to not cleaning back there, as was the case for me for about 3 years when I was young and ignorant. So, my question are there any over the coutner drugs that can get rid of these bumps???
