Can anyone who has a hiatal hernia tell me where it causes you pain? I have pain and discomfort at time just below my sternum and beside my left ribs. I am starting to wonder if it could be from a hiatal hernia. Thanks!

you have pain in your chest or upper part of stomach. This will generally be after you have food. You should visit a doc also something you should do is have small meals and may be have it more frequently.
Hope this helps.
