Me and my boyfriend have sex almost every night but the only thing is im not pregnant. I notice that when he cums inside of me it does not stay in it will come out when he does or seconds later why is this am I not able to have kids?

The semen which carries the sperm comes out. The majority of the sperm will stay in and try to get where they need to be. How long have you been having unprotected sex. It can take quite a while for even a healthy couple to get pregnant. It requires almost perfect circumstances for it to happen.

We have been having unprotected sex for about 1 year off and on but about 3 months heavy since I moved in with him
