I have read confusing threads. Firstly, I have gout and hate colchicine since it really makes me feel bad with my bowels in constant distress and stomach cramps.
I have tried baking soda and have had some relief. However, I read that taking apple cider vinegar and honey can relieve symptoms of arthritis and gout. Isn't this a conflict? One is alkaline, or turns the ua alkaline and the other is very acidic. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
What doses are recommended for each of the above?
It would be so nice to feel better without that drug in my system.
Tia :)
