Some women get over m/s in the second tri, while others have it all through their pregnancy. And then there are the lucky few who never get it. I think I was about 8 or 9 weeks when morning sickness hit me but I was lucky because it wasn't that bad for me. I only got sick like 4 or 5 times and the rest of the time I only felt like I was going to throw up but never did. And the feeling only lasted a few weeks for me.

Try eating cold foods. Cold foods have less smell than hot food, so may be less likely to make you feel nauseous. Hope this helps. My nauseousness left around week 10 or 11. Good luck

lol I was the same way it sucks..I couldnt even walk or get up without throwing up ...All over the place...Heck I couldnt keep water or crackers down..I was like that my 2nd and 3rd month..It went away around the middle of my 4th month...I know you might feel like it wont go away ...But it will sooner or later...Just try and take little bites....I know that I tried foods without much salt or taste...Nothing with onions or garlic...The smell made me gag...

When I was pregers I was so miserable and sick! The only thing I could eat was tomatoes! I could eat tomatoe soup and sliced tomatoes, that was it for the first three months!

If there is something that you crave, no matter what the item is, try eating that item. See if it makes a difference. Also, I found that dill pickles and saltine crackers actually really do help to calm the queasyness. And I am not into dill pickles at all! But they sure did help with morning sickness!
