Q: Cure For Moles

I have over 25 moles on my face (small ones- that are generally called beauty spots). They were very small, but are getting big and are increasing in number too. Does anyone have any idea why they are increasing or more importantly- what is the cure to this problem? Please help Crying or Very sad
