I found about 5 years ago that merely simulating the most common fetal hand positions (the rest of the fetal position isnt necessary) causes an enormous immune and other healing stimulation whereby now in 11 of us we have completely cured our colds in an average time of 3 hours, and in 5 who tried it for allergies they report themselves 75% improved in 15 minutes and completely if used longer. Can someone verify this in allergy (and try it for asthma and then I can explain a lot easier way to accomplish the same effect for free.)

so I was thinking this would work equally well in asthma.

All you have to do is to raise your
hand of either arm up to the levelof your upper chest , similar to a fetus and hold that position, for say, 15 minutes. If your hand must rest on your chest because you are lying down, dont let your whole open palm rest on your chest , so curl your fingers or make a relaxed fist to prevent that from happening. Dont put anything in your hand. Try to keep your hand from moving around. Keep it as still as reasonably possible. You can
rest your elbow on something, even your groin, to make it more comfortable but its ok to just let your elbow rest comfortable at your side. You can do this standing, sitting ,or lying down.

Avoid all radiation for this test, like computer monitors, cell phones (put it on the other side of the room) even being close to a radio or too close to a tv set especially if bigger screen, and any batteries like your watch or hearing aid should be removed. If you live with a power line super close to you as is common in england ( im talking about the one going along the street, not the one from the street to your house as that one is ok) that radiation may also compromise the result,so you can try it even if that is the casebut also try it once somewhere where that isnt a problem just to see.

I have found that manmade radiation if too close renders our immune system unable to be stimulated by any method. Support for this can be found to some degree on the internet too. Also if you smoke or have cortisone steroid in your bloodstream those will compromise the result as it suppresses the immune system.

So thats all there is to it and if it works I can describe an also simple and also free method
to simulate one of these common positions which you could try that works equally as well and you wouldnt have to actually assume any position and can be done effortlessly 24 hours a day 7 days a week to prevent asthma or allergies all the time. I would explain this now but I have found that people if they havent already proven to themselves what I am saying about the fetal hand position are reluctant to believe this will work.

So can someone please post the effects of this on active asthma and allergy and we can carry on from there.

Thanks ,

lockett

Lockett - What do you think can stimulate the self-healing? I will try this the next time I get a cold!

I'm wondering about the effects the position has as regards the endocrine glands, which are producing all of the wonderful hormones that trigger the development of immune cells that our bodies need to fight infection. I find that gentle stimulation of the thyroid gland (Tapping lightly on the sternum) can really help me during a period of illness.

Holliday, I would advise that putting one hand in the position a boxer puts his hand when boxing is about what the fetus does most often, but holding the hand up anywhere between the shoulder and sternum , upper chest high, or whereever your hand comes to when you bend your elbow like a boxer , will suffice.
