Q: Smell

Just recently, I have noticed that the smell down below is a little stronger. It sounds gross, but I guess 'fishy'. (not trying to gross anyone out) I am on the shot, and one of the side effects, spotting, just finished. I am wondering if maybe this is what happens after? Or is there soemthing wrong with me. I find I have less discharge than before, the color hasnt' changed, but the smell is different...If anyone knows what might be the cause of this please help!!
Thanks Confused

Smell
Jellybean18, I don't know what could cause the smell, some medications can give you yeast infections and the bacteria can have an odor. There are over the counter deodorant suppositories that you can purchase that will help with the smell. A douche may help also, norforms help with the smell, they do create a slight discharge, but it doesn't have an unpleasant scent. Good luck! Smile

Try a Douche
Lots of times the body doesn't effectively discharge all of the blood in a timley manner, so a stale blood odor may develop.
Try a douche to accelerate the ramaing discharge. A store-bought vinegar-mix will help stabilize the ph (acidity) of the vaginal fluids.
