I am a top level sportsmen. I do cycling in high levels in the past 5 years. I am 19 years old. Since 4 months ago I have a lot of strange symptoms. In the beginning I was diagnosed with: mild axonal sensorimotor polyneuropsthy in lower limbs.M/p lt c.T.S.
In addition, I have a lot of strange symptoms and a lot of disorders in my blood test numbers.
My symptoms are the following: I am really tired all the time, having hard time doing everything in life, really sluggish, have metallic taste in my mouth all the time, I lost a lot of muscle and body mass in the last 4 months. I weighed 73 kg and now 63 kg. I have a high desire to drink all the time and I urinate a lot.
I have hard time speaking loud and I tend to "swallow" the words. I began having a swollen face recently.
I have a low sexual desire.
Now to the blood numbers:
for a sportsmen I have really low hematocrit, hemaglobin, and iron levels:
(in the last 4 months I trained really easy, 10 hours a week):
hematocrit- 38.6%
hemaglobin- 13.4 g/dl (13-16.5)
iron-66 ug/dl (50-170)
other parameters which are the strangest:
bun- 40.00 mg/dl (4.60-21.00)
creatinine ser- 1.46 mg/dl (50.00-170.00)
cpk- 423 u/l (40.00-200)
ldh- 624 u/l (220-460)
my parents are both doctors and they can't find an answer up until now. Maybe someone can help.
What we already excluded is linear disfunction(but not 100%). I did an ultrasound test and another test that I did was to give urine for 24 hours it was a huge amount of 10 liters.
I am looking forward to receive an answer from someone who can direct me in some kind of a direction.
