yea I know whut u mean,i'm 16..And I never let any guy see anything "down there" cuz I wuz really embarrassed by it for some odd reason..One day I just finally let my boyfriend do it,and it'z all good...

From what you described you sound totally normal. Everyone's genitals look different - no two look alike. Sometimes the inner lips are barely visible, while other times (i think more often than not) they are visible. Don't be ashamed of what your genitals look like - its who you are, its how you are made and its absolutely totally 100% normal.

As for your shyness, you will get over that in time. Everyone, when they are first starting out having sex, has issues with their body and about being seen totally and completely naked. Its very hard sometimes to allow yourself to be that vulnerable in front of someone else. You first need to become comfortable with seeing your own body before you will be comfortable allowing someone else to see it. Regularly check yourself out in the mirror when you take a shower, get used to looking at your body and liking what you see. Once you build the confidence in yourself that your body is beautiful, that confidence will spill over to being comfortable being naked around someone else.

Ultimately though if you still have issues with how your genitals look, next time you are with a guy and really into it, turn off the lights. That way you will be able to relax knowing that he isn't able to see every last little detail (even though he would love to) and you can finally allow yourself to experience oral sex. And make sure it is with a guy you have known a while and are comfortable being around and that he is someone you care about and he cares about you rather than some guy you met two days ago at a party. And think about it - guys are hardwired to find every last inch of a girl irresitible and guys think the vagina is the holy grail of a girl's body. What guy has ever taken one look and said "eww I don't think so"? Yeah right. If a guy has gotten to the point he has finally gotten a girl to undress and consent to sex, he is going to worship every last millimeter of her body.

I know exactly what you are talkin' about "the lip thing" except I am half black so mine is what they call "roast beef". If you watch really cheap porn where like the girls do their own make-up and they have like really bad acne like hustler porn. They have crotches just like ours with the long lips and all. Its sounds gross and self-mutilating but I had a friend who had such long lips she was always getting chaved and stuff;she had reconstructive surgery basically what they did was cut the excess off so now she has like the perfect crotch.The procedure cost like 600 bucks though,but if you're as desperate as her it is worth it I even saved up enough money to do it but with-in the time frame I met someone who I felt loved my body and every part of it. I had to reply---because what your feeling is perfectly normal unfortunately everyone has some part of there body they think is weird or misshaped or odd etc. (boys included). Just remember that just because you feel that way doesn't mean it's true. Learn to love yourself the way you are, for who you are. No two people are made alike and everyone is beautiful. And remember turning the lights out if you feel self conscious always works!
