I have anxiety, I worry alot about having stomach problems such as gerd, vomiting blood etc.. In the mornings I have this weird feeling in my upper stomach it's hard to explain like a bloated, hollow hungry feeling, anyway I usually eat then it goes away. Is this a known symptom of anxiety?

And some days this feeling in my upper stomach lasts almost the whole day and it's not painful at all but very discomforting please help!

When do you last eat the night before?
Maybe it would help if you eat right before bed or a few hours before bed so you don't wake up so hungry.
I don't think it has anything to do with anxiety.
I've had hunger problems in the morning since I can remember. If I don't eat right away I will gag and feel like vomiting because I get so hungry. I solve this by eating a snack at night.
