Hi I am new to the forum I am currently
stressed with work the promblem is I work
in a food factory and about six months ago
they employed a lot of polish staff that
can not speak or understand english and
now everyday I am on a food line with them
there is 14 of them and only me that
speaks english I do try and speak to them
but they just say dont understand but I
have been told that some of them do speak
english but they just do not want to speak
they are all in there own little group and
all night all they do is laugh shout and
carry on the manger does not care so I
phone personel about it and said I am
stressed so I have an appointment today at
3pm with the company nurse and the
production manger and I am so nervous in
case they just think that iam twning about
nothing ??? Plz help

I would feel that way too, I do not think
you're crazy. Do you have a union? If
not..And if you don't want to try to find
a different job... Take on the hobby of
learning polish... So one day if they say
something smart about you, you can shoot
back. :)
