Don't quote me on it or anything, but i'm almost positive that missing a sugar pill will not cause a problem with your whole birth control pill cycle.


In fact, some women just skip that week altogether and make it pill-free.

Overall, I wouldn't be too concerned about it.

Nope, it wont do a thing. Some pills only have actual pills... No sugar pills. I have never taken sugar pills! I still had my period every 28 days. So, no worries! The only time I missed my period is when I didn't take my pills for an entire month.
