Anxiety
brain fog (severe)
extremely tired
cant complete sentences or think clearly (again brain fog)
extremely cold and shaky

just some insight would be great...Thanks

Colon Cleanse
I tried colosan, I used it for a month, it really did the job. Now I do enemas, it sounds bad but they really are the best, and very cheap, you can buy enema bags online.

This is an older post but I think important for others who have the same ones and can't find the answer.
Personally I find that cleansing using the colonix program by drnatura has helped me regain my health. 8 years ago I was a medical mess and was given colonix by a friend. I was a total skeptic but by the 2nd month I was a talking billboard to anyone who would listen. I passed parasites and helped my body get into healthier shape and also changed my eating habits with the help of a naturopath.
So, for me cleansing has been an important part of my life and I believe the key to anyone who wants a healthier and happy body. Good luck - I hope you found the answer as I found colonix was my answer.

Cleansing
I started a colon cleanse but did not get such severe symtoms.
Often, if you have not cleanse in a while the body can react in some strange ways.

The one I did was where they put water up inside your colon. Not very comfortable!

I also saw this article about an indian medicine for cleansing and regulating...
See if its of any interest.

Cleansing
I've been cleansing for 2 years and the symptoms you've described are only some of the things I've gone through. After feeling bad for a short time I always feel better afterward. I've been feeling worse and better from cleansing continuously for the whole 2 years I've been doing it. Currently I feel so much better then when I started. It is getting harder for me to feel bad. I feel it is the best thing I've ever done for myself. You will go through some unpleasant times while you cleanse but once you get through them you will feel better.

read this
I had a colonic done at a clinic, everything went well the place was really nice and seemed clean.2 days after I started getting very nauseous with headache, then I started throwing up all day for the next 2 days, I had to go to emergency and after I got my test results back, I had a horrible bacterial infection on my intestine,(caused by unclean instruments used at the "nice and expensive"colonic clinic) it took me 3 weeks to feel normal again.I would advice everyone to really make sure if they get a colonic that they are cleaning everything properly.

Not really.
It also depends on what you are doing to yourself - The only thing I felt as a side effect was increased energy and more regular bowel movements with OxyPowder - an oxygen colon cleanser. I think anxiety is a mental state of mind, brain fog is probably felt initially if you are really intoxicated. I dont know about feeling tired, and not being able to complete sentences. I had the complete opposite of that. I hope that helps. You should probably check with your health care practitioner if you are feeling all of that.
