Please bare in mind that I am not a doctor. Alchohol and smoking of course is not good for you. They have the tendency to wear on your stomach. Advil is ibuprofen which is also known to wear on the stomach. You consumed two or more of them together. Unfortunately even tylenol isn't too good of an idea, mid-drinking, because alchohol affects your liver, and so does tylenol. It is my belief(remember: not a doctor) the you just aggravated the hell out of your stomach. I would say if it returns by itself, get it checked. If it happens only when you're drinking, it may be the bad mix, and you may still want to ask your doc.

Take care, good luck.
