I wondered if anyone could help, after ejaculation a sprinkle of small purple dots appear around my foreskin, and my head and foreskin become uncomfortably tight. I have had unprotected sex recently once. Could this be an sti or what?If so which one?

If you're too embarrassed to get it checked. You could call a medical health phone number where they have registered health nurses.. Good luck
